Well, we made to the end of cycle 3. I lost 23.5lbs and Mike lost 24 lbs. We decided to go out to eat and get it out of system before starting over. We both like Chili's Chicken Tenders and of course they have the two for $20 deal and that comes with a appetizer. We got the cheesy fries. I could only eat half my tenders and my corn on the cob with some of my fries. We are now ready to get back on track and actually looking forward to Cycle 1 again. I want to lose another 20 lbs, so I am hoping I can do that with the next 3 cycles, then move to Cycle 4 and my new lifestyle changes!

One more day and we get to start over on cycle 1
Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Natural PB and SF Jam
Lunch: 2 Egg omelet with Turkey and RF Cheese and Salsa on top and some Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Shrimp with broccoli and some wild rice
Snack: Yogurt

Breakfast: Did not have time for breakfast, but did get my lemon water in before my sister came to pick me up for some thrifty and antique shopping today.
Lunch: Grilled chicken honey mustard warp and I did sneak a few of her fries also.
Dinner: Mike and I went to the Glass Nickle for dinner. I had half of a Spinach Salad and we shared a half of veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread. Very good and it felt good going out to eat and feeling like I stayed on my weight loss journey.

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat with S/F jam added to the top
Lunch: I didn't have any lunch knowing what was ahead at work.
I had a brat with sauerkraut, Beer cheese dip with Triscuit crackers and my all time favorite...potato salad. The I had a plate of fruit and carrots for later...as my treat. I started away from the desserts until the end of the night and I had one cookie. Over all I was very proud of myself
Lunch: I didn't have any lunch knowing what was ahead at work.
We had a benefit at work and every one was going to bring a dish...and where I work that means..PIG OUT time. I had decided I would treat myself to a few spoons of SOME of my favorites. I was very surprised I did as well as I did and I was stuffed. It does not take much to do that now.

Cycle 3 Day 11
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Toast with a small amount of Natural PB and S/F Jam, Yogurt and a Green Tea. I so enjoy my and miss my Peanut Butter...but now I do it with limits...one piece of toast and I don't use more then I need to enjoy the taste.
Lunch: Apple and Grapes
Dinner: 2-Babybell Cheese and a bag of steam Veggies...working 2-10 this week...so I am eating at work.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries
Lunch: Apple Pear Salad
Dinner: McD's Southwest Salad
Snack: Yogurt
I also started to clean out my dresser and closet. I got rid of anything that was getting big on me, anything that I thought hid my weight gain (who was I really fooling with that trick?) and out of style clothes. I can't wait to get down to my goal to fill it with new stuff!!

Cycle 3 Day 7
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Sugar Free Jam added to the top
Lunch:I had my first Peanut Butter toast today..since starting this diet. I used to have 2 pieces each morning and sometimes at night also...and I would spread it on so thick. This time I used 100% whole wheat bread..1 piece only...and I also purchased all natural peanut butter and used a lot less. I had it with a yogurt and I was more then satisfied.
Snack: Yogurt and Red Grapes
Dinner: Fresh Green Beans, Sweet Potato,Cottage Cheese and hubby made a steak...but I passed on that...I don't really care for red meat.

Cycle 3 Day 6
This morning when I got home I decided to cut up a whole bunch of veggie and then use a Italian Dressing to marinate them in (thanks to Cindy at work...after seeing the ones she did) Now, I can just grab some when I get hungry and no dip required.

Lunch: Pear and Yogurt and Green Tea
Snack: A big bowl of my marinaded veggies...YUM!
Dinner: A big Spinach Salad with chicken and assorted veggie and reduced fat cheese with FF Ranch Dressing

Had some more of that Apple Pear Salad and even a skinny cow ice cream treat..I woke up with a sore throat....hope I am not getting sick
I am going to count both of those items and breakfast and a snack....my meals are mixed up when I am on nights.

Cycle 3 Day 1
Weigh-In 18.5 lbs for me and 22 lbs for hubby
Breakfast: Breakfast in Bed (thanks Mike) Egg Beaters, with Peppers, Mushrooms and onions with some salsa on top
Lunch: 1/2 Fiber One bar...Thanks to Lorie
Dinner: We went to Panera Bread, I did the Half & Half.
1/2 Black Bean Soup and 1/2 Asian Sesame Chicken Salad
I didn't take the bread but they offered me an apple...I figured it came with the meal I would just take it with me and eat it tonight at work.
