One more day and we get to start over on cycle 1

Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Natural PB and SF Jam

Lunch: 2 Egg omelet with Turkey and RF Cheese and Salsa on top and some Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Shrimp with broccoli and some wild rice 

Snack: Yogurt
