Cycle 3 Day 1

Weigh-In 18.5 lbs for me and 22 lbs for hubby

Breakfast: Breakfast in Bed (thanks Mike) Egg Beaters, with Peppers, Mushrooms and onions with some salsa on top


Lunch: 1/2 Fiber One bar...Thanks to Lorie

Dinner: We went to Panera Bread, I did the Half & Half.
1/2 Black Bean Soup and 1/2 Asian Sesame Chicken Salad
I didn't take the bread but they offered me an apple...I figured it came with the meal I would just take it with me and eat it tonight at work.
