Cycle 2 Day 12

Working days this week.

Breakfast: Yogurt, strawberries and red grapes with green tea

Dinner: Romain lettuce with tuna

Dinner: A huge salad with yellow, red and orange peppers, chicken, onions some reduced fat cheese and flax-seed sprinkled on top with poppyseed fat free dressing. Green Tea
Snack: Yogurt with my EVOO added

Product Review: skinny water

This has more taste then most of the flavored waters out there, very tasty!
