Breakfast: Grapes, Yogurt and Green Tea


Lunch: Salmon Patty and Carrots and Green Tea


Dinner:  Huge Mixed Greens Salad with chicken, red peppers, onions, tomatoes, R/F shredded cheese, FF Peppercorn Ranch Dressing  on the side. Green Tea

Snack: Cauliflower Popcorn..(love it)


Another good reducing exercise consists in placing both hands against the table edge and pushing back.  ~Robert Quillen
