Breakfast: A Giant Orange, Yogurt and Green Tea

Lunch: Left-overs from last night. 1/2 Chicken Breast with Broccoli and Cauliflower Mix and Green Tea

Dinner: Salmon Patty, Brussel Sprouts and Salad with mixed Greens, RF Cheese, Tomatoes and Broccoli Slaw for that need crunch on a salad. FF Dressing on the side and Green Tea
Product Review:  Salmon Patties are not all created the same. We have had some not so good ones. This Trident brand was very tasty, (yes like salmon) flaky and moist. We will be buying this brand from now on. Mike purchased them at Copps Grocery Store
Snack: Yogurt with EVOO stirred in.
