Breakfast: Grapes with Yogurt, green tea
Lunch: Apple and more grapes...eating on the run does that
Dinner: A big salad with egg and chicken and other veggies. Green Tea
Snack: some sliced turkey and BabyBel Cheese
Last day on cycle 1...I purchased a new scale yesterday...I will set it up this weekend...and record my weight when I do that.
On to cycle 2 and feeling GREAT!
