Weigh in today....I am down 14.5 lbs. and Mike is down 18 lbs. I knew the weight loss would slow down in this cycle so I am not discouraged at all. I am looking forward to this weekend. It is actually warming up to the 40's here. Time to get walking outside and get some Vitamin D and get the heart rate up.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon and come cranberries added to the top for a little sweetness. Yogurt with my EVOO added to it.
Lunch: Red Grapes and another yogurt
Dinner: I am going to stop at McD's and get a salad on the way to work.(I am sure there are a few things on this salad that are not OK...but a few things will not hurt) And Green Tea...I really like the flavored ones. Who knew? LOL
