Mike made dinner tonight....I think he forgot what we could have on Cycle #1. He made sauteed veggies with zucchini in it and Haddock, which are not allowed. But if that is the worse thing we do...I can live with it.We usually go out for the Friday Fish Fry...so I think it was a good choice to eat at home.
Breakfast: Grapes and Strawberries, Yogurt and a Green Tea
Lunch: Same Salad as last night...just smaller, Carrots and a Green Tea
Snack: Yogurt and a Green Tea
Dinner: Sauteed assorted Veggies in EVVO, Baked Haddock
If you wish to grow thinner, diminish your dinner. ~H.S. Leigh
