C1 D11 R2

I still don't feel well. I have no appetite, but I don't want my body to go into starvation mode, so I am forcing myself to eat something. The hot Green Tea feels good on my sore throat. At least my body aches are not as bad as this morning...now I just need my sore throat to get better. 

Breakfast: Yogurt and Apple, Green Tea

Lunch: Shaved Turkey and a Yogurt, Green Tea
Dinner: Tilapia, Mixed Bean with Carrots, Green Tea
