Breakfast: Oatmeal with Sugar Free Jam added to the top
Lunch:I had my first Peanut Butter toast today..since starting this diet. I used to have 2 pieces each morning and sometimes at night also...and I would spread it on so thick. This time I used 100% whole wheat bread..1 piece only...and I also purchased all natural peanut butter and used a lot less. I had it with a yogurt and I was more then satisfied.
Snack: Yogurt and Red Grapes
Dinner: Fresh Green Beans, Sweet Potato,Cottage Cheese and hubby made a steak...but I passed on that...I don't really care for red meat.
