This morning when I got home I decided to cut up a whole bunch of veggie and then use a Italian Dressing to marinate them in (thanks to Cindy at work...after seeing the ones she did) Now, I can just grab some when I get hungry and no dip required.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Strawberries and Green Tea
Lunch: Pear and Yogurt and Green Tea
Snack: A big bowl of my marinaded veggies...YUM!
Dinner: A big Spinach Salad with chicken and assorted veggie and reduced fat cheese with FF Ranch Dressing
