Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries
Lunch: Apple Pear Salad
Dinner: McD's Southwest Salad
Snack: Yogurt
I also started to clean out my dresser and closet. I got rid of anything that was getting big on me, anything that I thought hid my weight gain (who was I really fooling with that trick?) and out of style clothes. I can't wait to get down to my goal to fill it with new stuff!!
