Breakfast: Whole Wheat Toast with a small amount of Natural PB and S/F Jam, Yogurt and a Green Tea. I so enjoy my and miss my Peanut Butter...but now I do it with limits...one piece of toast and I don't use more then I need to enjoy the taste.
Lunch: Apple and Grapes
Dinner: 2-Babybell Cheese and a bag of steam Veggies...working 2-10 this week...so I am eating at work.
