Breakfast: Yogurt and Red Grapes and Strawberries, with Green Tea
Lunch: Spinach Salad with chicken, peppers, onions and dressing, with Green Tea
Dinner: Chicken with Salsa, Cottage Cheese, Beans with Carrots with Green Tea
