Breakfast: Oatmeal with Strawberries, Green Tea
Lunch: Left over Stir Fry, Water & Green Tea Pills
Dinner: Salmon made in the Nuwave Oven, Brussel Sprouts, Mixed Rice, Green Tea
Snack: Yogurt with EVOO
