Cycle 3 Day 5
Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries and some Truvia sprinkled on top. Green Tea
Snack: Babybel Light Cheese
Lunch: Apple with Yogurt
Dinner: Salmon Burger with Broccoli and Vegetable Pasta with some EVOO on it and of course a Green Tea
