Cycle 2 Day 6

Worked two 12 hr shifts back to back with no day off..(worked the weekend also)...so my meals are less creative and more grab and go. Even with that...I have managed to stay on the plan
Breakfast: Plum with vanilla yogurt
Lunch: Apple with yogurt
DInner: Turkey and cauliflower left over from two nights ago.
