Breakfast: Oatmeal with Strawberries, Green Tea
Lunch: Red Grapes with Yogurt
Snack: Fat Free Sour Cream with Hidden Valley Ranch mix in it..and Carrots
Dinner: We decided to go to eattonight. I have a side salad with low fat Honey Mustard Dressing, Baked Potato with cottage cheese on it. Apricot Teriyaki Chicken Breast served on a bed or rice.
This is me enjoying a little trash TV with my Green Tea...I got a lot done today. Great feeling!!!
